首先，祝大家在新的一年事事順遂，身體健康。

你所說的，正是另一位站長一直擔心的事(見評論版)。
雖然政府“增值”了好一段日子，但至今仍有不少值得反思的地方。筆者雖認同政府運作的成本效益需要提高，但現在的“增值”是否等同於提高成本效益？而個別職系近乎天馬行空的“增值”，加起來是否便等同於提高政府運作的成本效益？
舊老闆曾說過這樣一個笑話：
市民(拿著官員給的一份表格)：“填好這張表格就可以申請電話了嗎？”
官員：“不，這是索取申請表格的表格。”
雖然經驗告訴筆者，精簡工序(換句話說，把架床疊屋的高層架構大幅精簡，騰出資源開展新服務)才是提高成本效益的良方，但在將多於兵的大前提下，中文主任等小吏只會被迫不斷“增值”，以彌補政務主任職系不合理擴張(今年竟有60個空缺！)而浪費的資源。
可惜報界只會稱需要VR的59個職系為冗員，對於肥腫而不斷膨脹的政務官職系卻視若無睹，實在令人氣憤難平。看來公務員運動的頭頭有需要蒐集具體數據，公佈出來讓市民評評理。

我們談增值，著眼點往往放在“增”上，卻一直未有討論過“值”是什麼。
自從數年前中文公事管理局向各部門公佈過繙譯2000字約需三天時間後，我們一直不知最新的標準工作量為多少。連 “值”也不清楚，如何談得上“增值”？
看來協會有必要要求管方把指標公開，一方面讓工作量遠遠超標的同事有理據向部門申請增加人手，二方面讓工作量不足的同事知悉須爭取更多工作，以免人手被削。
當然，要訂出合理並為同事接受的指標，必須經過一輪討論，故管方宜及早行事。

日前某同事問及象棋開局法，遂草此文，公諸同好：
象戲勾玄，雖曰深奧難測，實亦有其常則可依。訣云：「起炮在中宮，觀棋氣如虹，出車兼策馬，上士相防空。」此言當頭炮急攻屏風馬也，局面搏殺激烈，勝負見於剎那，固引人入勝，然已拆通味亡。查開局之法，六十年代以前尚無體系，要者僅斗順炮或當頭炮對屏風馬而已。屏風馬以左馬盤河應對，風行六七十年代，後平炮兌車冒起，並取而代之。及至八九十年代，舊局變化殆盡，而相局及仙人指路對卒底炮等散手開局重棋底，講耐力，故遂深受歡迎，蔚為大觀。不久前，余隨團赴粵交流棋藝，車上與棋友暢談今古名譜名局，論盡天下棋人棋事，雖途程遙遠，倦意亦全消焉。只見車廂其他旅客既好奇又茫然，甚麼進三七卒雙鬼拍門九尾龜等名詞一大堆，個個丈八金剛，可笑復可愛。

On a
gloomy November morning, when life became boring and work disinterested, I received
a phone call from a friend who, out of good intention, told me that acting
CLOIs who were promoted were one by one informed of the news they had been
waiting for such a long time. As a man who had never experienced what promotion
was like in his entire peripatetic career, I immediately sat on the edge of the
chair to wait for the fateful call --which never came. It was a morning very
long indeed.
My late
father, who understood that his son had a big mouth and a caustic tongue, had
always sermonized me, “In life, you have to take the good with the bad.” It was
a piece of advice well delivered.
But I
have reason to be grateful-I am among those who have survived. After being
buffeted on acting appointments for more than two years, a handful of colleagues
have to face the harsh reality of being recommended to step down by the
promotion board. It is adding insult to injury.
Nevertheless,
I think the promotion exercise had been fair on the whole. Personally knowing
nine of the chosen eleven, I can readily attest how hard they have worked. I
have nothing but congratulations for them. And my sympathy for those who have
to step down does not, in the least, detract the credit the promotees deserve.
It is simply the other side of the coin, the miserable side. Those who have to
cease acting have worked so hard.
One or
two friends, in our private talks, revealed how disheartened they were. When
honest self-examination led to a clear-conscience conclusion, chicanery (not on
the part of the promotion board, it must be stressed) was speculated as one of
the possible explanations. I am not trying to jump to a hasty conclusion and
egg on our colleagues to take drastic actions, but several things can be done
to give themselves a clearer picture, although a definite answer will not be
likely. They can request, by invoking the provisions of Personal Data (Privacy)
Ordinance, to be supplied with a copy of the assessments of the promotion board
and that of previous appraisal reports, in which remarks of countersigning officers
and comments of the GM will be shown. That will lay to rest some of their
concerns and more importantly, let facts speak for themselves. Most of our
colleagues would tend to think that such an act amounts to an open rebellion
and will only roil the GM. I do not think so. I have asked for such a copy
every time it becomes available and so far the GM has not treated me like a
scourge. At least I believe they have not.
Previously,
I had attended an interview with the GM, one that I myself had asked for. Among
other things (such as where my deficiencies lay), I was explained that there
was very fierce competition in this year’s promotion exercise, which I believed
was a truthful depiction of the situation. I was told, if the sailing had been
good, more on acting appointments would have been promoted. A wise man once
said, “你不能控制他人，但可以掌握自己。” The road may be full of twists
and turns, but one must not lose his direction.

自從清輝道長一招“忽然皈依”，出奇制勝成為勁門總舵主後，江湖中人不禁議論紛紛。清輝道長雖非三腳貓工夫，但運起功來離驚天地泣鬼神的地步還差十萬七千九百九十九里。得知“噩耗”，弟子們唯有每天敲經，祈求上蒼不要讓這位總舵主一時興起四處表演功架，以免被人識破底牌，顏面無存。
這邊廂的髮乳堂近日頻有動作，繼“奸計尚未得逞，堂主仍須努力”的“官話入拳譜”計劃外，堂主更在報人面前耍了幾套拳，意圖耀武揚威一番。由於空降而來的堂主並非習武出身，大家對他的功夫也無甚期望；但堂主每天用電話、看報紙經濟版，天天辦手續大談科學兼唱卡拉OK，居然還能厚著臉皮耍出“扁倭剿寇十八式”，委實令縱弟子拜服不已——蓋“十八式”中不少招數，均來自倭寇——差點忘了堂主法號“破舊”，本身已是數典忘祖得可以。此外，未知是否因為山下的九龍皇帝近日改以文言來撰寫屎坑墨寶，據說堂主下令日後任何弟子先要有深厚考古學根柢，才能踏足羅漢堂管理眾小僧嘍囉。殊不知髮乳堂不少羅漢早已動了凡心，為了泡洋妞而改習洋文多時，大羅漢更以常以番書仔自居。一天，堂主為了是否褫奪大羅漢的地位而深感苦惱，獨自下山思索，忽睹一售車仔麵老嫗三分鐘即弄好美味麵條一碗，便急忙上前請教。答曰：“熱湯三分OK！”堂主即時計上心頭……

牌遊戲。牌戲刺激，眾輒嘩然 狂叫，嘈甚。關記亦為之「側
目」，途經時每 順手關門，恐聲浪擾及大廳閉目養神之同事
也。遊戲玩法簡單，取字母牌五十二張，由 任公正者逐一翻
啟，若能拼成一字，即拍檯 呼出，斗搶過程精彩萬分。後調

蟻民：我們要求議會裡多點人民的聲音。

某會議上，協會的田主席要求日後成立檢討工作小組(檢討甚
麼倒忘記了，怕是評核報告吧？)時，應邀請協會幹事出任組
員(大意如此)。會議主席李大俠指出小組的職方組員為協會會
員，實在令人拍案叫絕。
周星馳的電影越拍越差、許冠文更停產多時，令我等無厘頭
派拍電影愛好者意興闌珊。幸好李大俠適時出招，為我們帶
來了一線曙光。這顆初現新星，令我們突然間感到：香港電
影超英趕美之期，指日可待也！

準普遍低落，身為語文專家的，不單止唔可以吊高來賣，仲

留言版的設立，雖然曾帶來一陣子關於“正統—地下”的爭
辯，但很快大家都發現：發言途徑多了並無不妥。至於一些
令衛道之士震驚，甚至視為洪水猛獸的“過激”言論，更是
發人深省——沈默不是懦弱，忍耐不是麻木——只是同事未
能找到一個沒有黑名單、沒有秋後算帳、沒有預先審查的地
方來宣洩不滿而已。
認為沒提及等於不存在的，世間恐怕只有董老一人－－八萬
五如是，辛酸事亦然。
在職系管理方面，同事藉網站來宣洩不滿，其實有三大積極
作用：一方面，管方可參考同事的意見，調整管理策略。就
是要同事喝一杯罰酒，也好歹用個夜光杯來包裝包裝。另一
方面，網站提供了一個真正自由、平等、身分保密的討論場
所，管方大可針對人們害怕新事物的心態，以筆名與同事們
討論職系的問題，從而帶出新觀點，為大家培養出新思惟，
大大減少施政的阻力。此外，考績報告未能忠實反映職員表
現這個令管方頭痛不已的問題，或多或少已被網站解決。早
前關於“騎呢一族”的討論，相信已撕碎了不少“偽
outstanding
report”。
這一點，恐怕連新評核制度也不一定能做到。
另外，要不是看過近日的留言，相信連管方也不
知道中文主任間原來不乏六藝俱精的臥虎藏龍。
在不影響職方權益下令管方得益，本網站自然義不容辭。
喜見繕校員協會也有意設立網站，謹以上面的一點感想，與
新網站共勉。

The OLA
computer glossary will give you something to take up your
precious
hard drive space. Try this: use the glossary to search a word
or two
and subsequently you will find some unknown files with cdx or
dbf
extensions added to your c: drive. The more you use it, the more
cdxs or
dbfs will appear on your c: drive. Your boss may know
whether
you have really consulted the computer glossary by just
looking
at your c: drive. Making a fanfare out of this so-called OLA
computer
glossary or even putting it on the Internet is a joke with a
bug like
that. To solve this problem, you need to write a bat file for
deleting
countless files with cdx or dbf extension on your c: drive, or
you may
ask the creator of the OLA computer glossary to, if he can,
upgrade
the present version. The former seems to be easier.

星期日在三聯買了兩本書，一本《易經直解》，一本《周易
象說》。多年前我曾一度迷戀周易占卜，下過一點工夫。現
在久經荒疏，已武功全廢。上星期與友人閒聊，興之所之，
取出三枚錢為她求卜，但手邊無書，只有敷衍著解。所以見

本來是沒甚麼要說的，可這兩天憋不住在這裡開了口，加上
剛寫了封賭氣家書迷迷糊糊神志不清，再這裡胡扯幾句吧。
沒話找話說，就讓我談談中文主任好了。
我見過的中文主任很多，認識的卻很少，所以存在不少偏
見。
一個偏見是中文主任其實不很中文。有這個偏見，是因為我
雖然跟其他職系的同事來往不多，然而偶爾跟他們一次飯
局，語文上也總會有進帳。譬如行政主任在飯桌上侃侃而
談，常常冷不防丟來句把英文片語，再自翻自譯成中文。前
兒一頓飯我就曉得 play it by the ear 是「執生」，divided loyalty
呢？身在曹營心在漢！中文主任那有？跟他們吃十頓飯也甭
想偷到一句。
不過，諸位不用光火。既然我開宗明義說了是偏見，現在當
然是恍然了。原來中文主任這職系真的是臥虎藏龍，重要的
不單單是在語文上，而是更深一層的在骨子裡、文化上。此
話怎說？諸位要是有注意這兒的留言，一定會同意的，除了

其實在 Record 95 中介紹之藥方，成年人不論男女皆可服用，
特別適宜中度神經衰弱患者，好過安眠藥或鎮靜劑，而且安

慎從事。因為有些疾病，我們單憑表面，是可能察覺不到
的。令弟想必乃年青人，何故會手足冰泠？請恕直言，是否
有壞習慣所致？但你不可太直接查詢，免得弄巧反拙。此方
只調理失眠，不過你可讓他試飲兩、三劑；手足冰泠乃氣血
兩虧，須另方處理。
想我輩 CLO 多為弱女文士，這些年來竭力為前香港、今特區
政府鞠躬盡瘁，卻贏得前境未卜（不要講“前途”咁奢侈）
之途，更兼辨公室政治環境多變，實應加倍注重健康，增強
體魄，方能執筆上陣，繼續借遊戲文章，賤賣血汗錢度日。
如自己身體係正常，只因工作思考過度、睡不安穩、用來養
顏補腦， I strongly recommend this recipe
(rather than a
prescription)。因為拆散D藥材，根本好多味只係常用的煲湯
料。其中至少四種係植物種子，煲完會有D似黑麻糊上面D油
浮在面，呢D就係含磷質、補腦��lipids成份。玉竹養顏潤肺
、白芍養血，准山健脾開胃、首烏補益肝腎、寧心。而髮乃
血之餘，連頭髮都順便補埋；遠志、熟棗仁、圓肉等全屬安
神益智的。
剛巧今午我到一間有名的中藥店（唔係方向 + 顏色果間）問
過價，47元一包重俾九折，我都執�魖熅砥C話分兩頭，種子
保存得不好是會像花生般發霉的，玉竹、准山如用過量硫磺
薰過，煲湯、煲藥會酸的。而此藥甜甜地（因有圓肉、甘
草），幾易入口。
「第二劑」係指補藥的藥渣，仍可煲多一次，環保嘛；不過
要減一碗水，煎成八分便可。請睇火，煲�I的藥不可用。
但傷風感冒茶通常不翻渣，因所含的揮發成份（如薄荷、冬
桑葉、白菊花等）己一次玩完。

詞拼輸入法係漢語輸入法既改良版。不過，專業打字講 求速
度，講求盲打，最緊要快！以我既經驗，詞拼輸入 法可以應
付一般日常文字，都可以幾快，但係如果用黎 打古文、專業
名詞〔如人名化學名詞】等，就好似俾人 廢左武功，如果大
家吾信，可以用漢語輸入法或詞拼輸 入法打篇「滕王閣序」
玩下。用漢語輸入法或詞拼輸入 法打古文，讀音吾順吾在
講，又要揀字，一分鐘打倒三 四十字都算好野！

說到漢語拼音輸入法，真要為它抱個不平－－有人以為要打
中文一定要學倉頡，否則
便要頻頻選字，一分鐘才打得它十來個字。這可大錯特錯，
其實站長也天天用漢語拼音
輸入法打字，現在的速度還高達每分鐘75個字（當然用倉頡
可以更快，但根據語言學
理論，人的思惟是用語音進行的。換句話說，打倉頡的時
候，你要先想出句子，再在
腦海將之形象化，加以拆碼，最後才在鍵盤上打字。打漢語
拼音時，要經過的程序
少得多了）。
拼音輸入法的速度瓶頸，是選字。然而，全球各地學者經多
年研究，很大程度已經突破
了這個瓶頸。比方五、六年前的天馬系統（加拿大產品），
便會先分析整段的拼音，然
後推斷作者想講什麼內容，最後一次過轉換成漢字。小弟用
的漢音系統（日本�台灣
合作下的產品）運算能力較弱，但在“瞎打”下也有95%的準
確率。要免費的，可到
台灣微軟下載“新注音輸入法”，安裝後設定為羅馬拼音輸
入，便不用打那些ㄅㄆㄇㄈ。
記著，用這類智能型拼音輸入法，要整個詞整個詞的打，別
打了jin1出不了今天的今
便急急選字；只要繼續鍵入tian1，電腦便會顯示“今天”這
個詞。
當然，用上述幾個輸入法有個弊病－－日子有功，在大陸練
得的一口又兒化又輕聲的
普通話，會不知不覺變成了台灣腔。（因此達不到objective的
同事萬勿怪罪！）

好吧, 再建議你們一個鞏固普通話發音基礎的方法. 電腦裝有
漢語拼音輸入法的朋友可以改用這個輸入法, 遇有疑難的時候
就拿出三聯書店出版的那本叫"漢字拼音檢字"的小寶貝, 可以
很快的憑筆畫查到拼音或從拼音查到單字. 用我這個方法每天
打它兩三段文字, 保管你的普通話進步神速, 用不著騰出時間
舟車勞頓的去上課.

看到大家練習普通話練習得這麼起勁，介紹你們看一個電
台。CCTV-4中央台第四台，可以看到很豐富的普通話節目，
還有英語報道的新聞。不少的普通話節目還是有字幕的。剛
才看了十五分鐘的那個叫《實話實說》的雜誌節目，一下子
就讓我學了「狗攆鴨子呱呱叫」、「挖牆腳」，和「年青人
火力壯」幾句挺鮮活的話。我還看過他們一些有英文字幕的
電視劇，可是我不常看，不知道是不是每一齣都有。
怎樣可以調到這個電台? 這我可說不出，反正是電視機自動調
頻調來的。我這大廈有衛星天線，可我的電視機只屬於PAL
的規格，沒有國際線路，衛視的頻度一概收不到，但是這個
中央台第四台卻是收得一清二楚。大家有興趣的，可以試試
看。

"a concerned colleague" on the use of "impinge".
Having
made bold to criticize the language in your message, I think I
owe you
an explanation. As I am not good at explaining, I'll make it
brief.
According
to my understanding,"impinge (on)" means "have an effect
(or
bearing) on". There is a danger in equating it indiscriminately with
"affect",
which usually has a stronger force.
The
Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English gives this
example:
"The
need to see that justice is done impinges on every decision made
in the
courts."
Here we
can say the said need has an effect (or a bearing) on the
decisions,
but we can't say it is actually affecting the decisions, can
we?
Now, if
we substitute "have an effect on" for "impinge on" in the
sentence
under discussion, we'll get:
"Sub-standard
writings will have an effect on our grade's image",
which
will get us neither here nor there.
Perhaps
it is better to say: "The standard of our writings will impinge
on the
image of our grade." Or: "Sub-standard writings will affect (or
other
words such as undermine, ruin, etc) our grade's image."
I am not
sure whether the above has served to enlighten or confuse.
Anyway,
it's just my personal opinion. Maybe other people can offer
their
views.

I read
the posting by "a concerned colleague" at Record 132 with
interest.
Here we
are given a message that is really thought-provoking - in
content,
sure; in language, more so.
The fact
is that linguistic performance is so very much part of a
person
that for all his conscious efforts to put up a good show,
whether
it ends up impressing or depressing cannot be entirely within
his
control.
We don't
have to seek far for examples. Just look back at Record 132.
"As
a professional translator, we...." Should it be "As professional
translators,
we...."? A slip of the pen? Okay, what about using the
word
"impinge" to mean, apparently, "affect"? Can the word be
used
this
way? A good dictionary or usage guide will help.
I bear
no grudges with our "concerned colleague", but given the
magnitude
of his (her?) concern over CLOs' linguistic image, I feel a
bit
disappointed by the fact that what should have been correctly done
has not
been done better. Does it indicate that something more than
mere
carefulness should be strived for if we are to make our
wordsmith
status worthy?
English
is still THE working language of our government. Most
middle
and high ranking officials can readily tell good English from
bad,
though how many of them are able to produce decent and
readable
"pre-vet" copy is anyone's guess. At any rate, it doesn't need
an
English major to identify the fish eyes from the pearls. (Chinglish
intended)
As
government officials in general and translators in particular, CLOs
should
make it a point to use English more often, more freely. And
when
they choose to do so, we have good reasons to expect them to be
more
serious about their language, especially when they are hiding
themselves
anonymously behind the camouflage of the collective
CLOs.
For those who want to give their opinions on the net but either
lack the
confidence to express themselves intellectually in English or
are not
prepared to make such an effort, they may find it about time to
start
learning a Chinese inputting system.

since this website's establishment, two developments warrant
revisitng

in nature. The first incident calls for prudence and the second
considerateness.
Apart from these two isolated events, this website has

well.
Still,

其實在 Record 95中介紹之藥方，成年人不論男女皆可服用，
特別適宜中度神經衰弱患者，好過安眠藥或鎮靜劑，而且安
全。
除了一名 EO的媽咪，我以前的部門有一個50多歲的碩士（健
碩男士）
，臨近退休多�牉Z，前後也飲了近十劑，佢話好�啈n多。而
平常人服用
三、兩次則當補下神而已，並非武俠小說中甚麼人參、靈芝
這些神化仙藥。
不過，Cat 君的令弟和 CLO Dog 君我都未見過，唯恐大家過
度信賴此方，
而誤了讓註冊西醫診斷的機會，我才有過於謹慎從事。因為
有些疾病，
我們單憑表面，是可能察覺不到的。手足冰冷屬血氣兩虧，
可以「火敦」羊肉
﹝配以藥材﹞食療之。但令弟應係年青人，何以致此？必先
究其起因；
恕我直言，是否有壞習慣？但你須小心處理，免得弄巧反
拙。
想我輩 CLO 多為弱女文士，這些年來竭力為前香港、今之特
區政府鞠躬盡瘁，
卻贏得前境未卜（不要講“前途”咁奢侈）之途，更兼辨公
室政治環境多變，
實應加倍注重健康，增強體魄，方能執筆上陣，繼續借遊戲
文章，賤賣血汗錢
度日。
如自己身體係正常，只因工作思考過度、睡不安穩、用來養
顏補腦，

因為拆散D藥材，根本好多味只係常用的煲湯料。其中至少四
種
係植物種子，煲完會有D似黑麻糊上面D油浮在面，呢D就係
含
磷質、補腦��lipids成份。玉竹養顏潤肺、、白芍養血，准山
健脾開胃
、首烏補肝腎；而髮乃血之餘，連頭髮都順便補埋。遠志、
熟棗仁、
圓肉等全屬安神益智的。
剛巧今午我到一間有名的中藥店（唔係方向 + 顏色果間）問
過價，47元一包
重俾九折，我都執�魖熅砥C話分兩頭，種子保存得不好是會
像花生般發霉的，
玉竹、准山如用過量硫磺薰過，煲湯、煲藥會酸的。而此藥
甜甜地
（因有圓肉、甘草），幾易入口。
「第二劑」係指補藥的藥渣，仍可煲多一次，環保嘛；不過
要減一碗水，
煎成八分便可。請睇火，煲�I的藥不可用。
但傷風感冒茶通常不翻渣，因所含的揮發成份（如薄荷、冬
桑葉、白菊花等）
己一次玩完。
各位服後效果如何，盼請賜告；另有一方是給中年男士（四
十出頭或以上者）用的，
看此方的成效如何，再擇吉推出。

本站早前曾報導，公務員事務局局長王永平將於十一月二日
前往法定語文事務署，並指出同事可把問題經本站或政府中
文主任協會幹事，請有份與局長會面的同事代問。本站至今
收到以下問題︰
1.申請參加「自願退休計劃」的期限已屆滿。早前，公務員事
務局代表表示，所有自願退休申請一經批准，涉及的職位須
立即予以刪除。有同事曾在「中文主任保權益基地」網站撰
文討論這事，也曾直接向管方表達意見。其後，管方答覆表
示，刪減職位事在必行，但管方會根據「刪減低級職位以取
代刪減高級職位」的原則處理這事，以期保留較多高級職
位，讓不參加「自願退休計劃」的同事有較佳的晉升機會。
希望管方能兌現承諾，並以書面闡述是項原則，讓選擇留任
的同事得以安心工作，振奮士氣。
2.政府何時才再以公務員條件招聘中文主任？
3.關於自願退休的補償金額會否因政府減薪而相應減少的問
題，管方在簡介會及書面答覆上說法有異。有同事曾致電郵
予公務員事務局，但該局除以電腦自動發出一封初步答覆
外，遲遲未有回應。鑑於同事在現階段仍可撤回申請，希望
局長能對此問題予以澄清，以便同事作最後考慮。
4.最後一條問題比較軟性︰政府現擬推行花紅制。局長會建議
中文主任們注意些什麼，以取得花紅？

致 Webmaster 與 CLO Dog 君：
上次在 Record 93
中所提及之藥方，原於十九年前由來自廣州的一位著名老中
醫所開，
當時我仍在某行業掙生活，身不閒、心又苦，全仗此方再
造。
果真能醫不自醫，醫師因八、九年前手術麻醉時間過久，
事後不能記憶繁複藥方，已移民加拿大。
現原方公開，未敢敝帚自珍。唯須專重知識產權，故應一提
醫師大號。
煲藥時先煲第一劑，倒出後減一碗水再煲第二劑，兩碗一起
攪勻後
分兩次飲；第二碗藥可蓋好置於雪櫃，飲時才加熱，不須煲
滾。
可於晚飯前煲，飯後第一劑已然煲好，睡前半至一小時服；
第二碗藥可於翌日帶返工飲。連飲三至五天，應見其功。
又或於星期五、六、日才煲，更易安排。飲藥前後四小時
不得服用其他中西藥或所謂保健產品。良方配妙藥，最好
向“質地”較佳的中藥舖購買；傷風感冒未清勿飲。
雖則 CLO Dog 君之身分暫時仍雌雄莫辨，但在 1993 年
我曾介紹此方給一名 EO 的媽咪飲，亦有見效。不過，必須
聲明，
我並非專業中醫，以上藥方僅供參考之用，幫助減壓應該有
效；
卻不能賴以收服“騎呢”一族。
玉竹 壹兩
甘草 二錢
准山 八錢
熟棗仁 三錢
白芍 三錢
遠志肉 三錢
首烏 五錢
蕤仁肉 三錢
山萸肉 三錢
圓肉 三錢
拾味藥，五碗水煎至一碗水，食後服
一九八一年盧仲晃處方
曾有人將此方加減後改為煲湯料，但我仍覺得原方較好。

閱罷幾篇關於減壓的文章，小弟不禁啞然失笑。在減壓顧問
的眼中，壓力就像一道無法拆除的銅牆鐵壁，硬碰只會來個
頭破血流。因此，他們會教你用肩膀(肌肉最厚的部分)來碰，
甚至用棉胎包裹著自己來碰──但他們不會告訴你向左走一
部便是大門一道，又或者建議大家索性繞過牆來走上康莊大
道──套用一句台式國語︰這幫專家太爛了！
在我們日常工作中，壓力來源委實不少。不過，我們其實可
以藉著精簡工作程序，予以一一避過。譬如說，與負責人員
打好關係，我們便容易得知文件的**真正**完稿限期，方便
安排工作。此外，如能掌握自己繙譯組的生產能力，便可把
高官的初稿暫時擱下不理，處理好其他繙譯工作後才集中火
力繙譯高官的定稿，無須把所有工作都堆在一起。對某些繙
譯組而言，"唱稿"是不可或缺的步驟，但在高科技的協助
下，"唱"的部分可以由電腦代勞，從而騰出人力處理繙譯職
務。而培養多方面嗜好，令自己也成為專家一名，對繙譯專
門文件也大有幫助。
一如專家所言，適當的壓力有助提高生產力，但為了提高生
產力而不斷把壓力提高，結果只會適得其反。希望上述建議
能把壓力大小控制在"能提高生產力"的範圍，令同事能舒舒
服服地完成艱鉅的任務。

I feel
sorry for what you have encountered. May I advise you to
approach
Grade Management in person and seek help. Many people
do not
trust the GM, but my experience was nothing like some people

一些辦事處除風氣不好外，空氣也不太好，在裡面工作的同
事容易罹患呼吸系統疾病。如
你經常咳嗽、流鼻水等，除看醫生外，也應向辦事處的大廈
管理委員會反映，請對方著人
檢查冷氣系統並清洗隔塵網（尤其是“鮮風口”（新鮮空氣
入口）的那片），或有幫助。
此外，週末不妨到郊外或山頂晒晒太陽，呼吸一下新鮮空
氣，以提高抵抗力。

至於留言內容是否屬人身攻擊，實在見仁見智。依小弟愚
見，留言的同事在提及"目標人物"時，均以化名稱之，算是
非常克制。而我等旁觀者雖看得無比過癮，但也無從得知當
事人的真正身分；另一方面，當事人卻可在"同事不知，GM
不覺"的情況下，有則改之，無則嘉勉，對自己的管理手法，
以至職系形象等都極有意義，層次上委實遠超於"交流心得，
互相切磋"啊！
當然，我們也鼓勵被人在網上批評的同事以正面態度來看待
這些言論，盡量利用留言板這個溝通渠道來闡釋自己的立場
、苦衷等，為營造和諧的工作氣氛邁開積極的一步。

回應BoomBoomBoom君有關倒屎署黑猩猩之「報料」，黑猩猩位「高」權重，在屬「大
Pool」的倒屎署穩坐第二把交椅，又名Chimpanzee、靚靚、CLO 界賤人人辦等，早已「艷
名四播」。請大家不要幻想人辦美艷不可方物，事實上，她的「芳容」早已有口皆「
悲」。其實，外貌美醜並非最重要，但靚靚既無外在美，心地更是差得可以，全無內在
美可言。
靚靚是不折不扣的長舌婦兼是非精，其專長並非翻譯或傳譯，而是終日向「阿頭」小報
告，目標是Office內除了「阿頭」及自己之外的絕大部分同事。靚靚最擅長做其「金手
指」，專司「篤」人背脊，有本事把小事化大，顛倒是非黑白，甚至無中生有。其惡行
昭著，早已人神共憤，而其「變臉」奇技，更是令人「歎為觀止」 : 靚靚多次獻計，稱署
內可以削減 CLOI/II 人手，更指有人「游手好閒」
; 但當其惡行遭人揭發後，她竟可睜大
眼睛，當�撐h�謐m計者缺德。這種能人所不能的「變臉」奇技，實在使人「拍案叫
絕」，「甘拜下風」。假如靚靚活於文革之時，其成就當更非凡，說不定可以跟毛后江
青爭一日之長短。
在現時危急存亡之秋，靚靚竟然三番四次向上級獻計削減該署中文主任職位，這是人說
的話嗎？「相煎何太急」，嗚呼!! 如果要削減該署的職位，把靚靚裁去方為明策。少了這
個集中火力竟日算人、「篤」人、「整」人的是非精，也就是少了一個無建設性、陰毒
缺德、肆意造謠生事、長期無風��浪的小人。
CLO界賤人人辦，靚靚實至名歸，當之無愧。倒屎署所涉及的工作範圍已經極令人厭惡，
加上一隻貌醜心賤的黑猩猩充任「實Q」，終日站崗，簡直是一大eyesore！管方應該向倒
屎署的CLO發放厭惡性工作津貼。

看見PP君講得這麼興奮，我也來湊湊熱鬧。
目標人物１：倒屎署黑猩猩
必殺技：雖非i/c但自比i/c，每天準時８時３０分在大門“恭
候”眾同事上班，且腿力及肺活量驚人，在門口站崗半小時
後竟能站著與其“長人”下屬談天個多小時，然後以高達每
３分鐘一次的頻率來回廁所，以便繼續主動執行監察任務，
勤奮程度值得嘉許。
目標人物２：不知身在何處的足球小姐
必殺技：兩年來被各部門踢來踢去，現時下落不明。此君比
i/c更i/c，傳聞曾要求其i/c上班時簽到，幸而在上班時間一直
緊鎖大門，絕少主動襲擊人類。

管方暫時擱置把普通話加入評核報告的決定，確實令不少同
事雀躍不已──至少大家可在檢討前的一段時間裝備自己，
以免在管方日後舊事重提且大家抗議無效時，要為未諳普通
話而惶惶不可終日。
部分同事卻擔心另一個問題︰現在是各職系搶工作做的非常
時期，拒絕評核普通話豈非“倒米”？
依筆者看來，同事使用普通話的場合不多，因此問題還屬其
次；反而政府和市民的“新文化”，卻在我們捍衛職系的防
線上打開了一道缺口。
數個月前，政府中文主任協會曾發起了聯署信行動。該局終
於最近覆信，除了不少“翻炒”多次的論點外，也針對了協
會關於阻止其他性質相近職系蠶食中文主任工作的要求作出
回應。覆函中指出，該局未有發現所指情況，並以中譯英字
數有所上升作為佐證。但從中文主任保權益基地網站日前所
作的“公文潛水貨”的調查結果，可見不少職系都視中文主
任的工作為一大肥肉，即使自己力有不隸，甚至不惜使用如
潛水貨之類的“賤招”，也要咬它一口。
雖然公文潛水貨問題影響深遠，但短期來說，這種“我寫
字，你寫名”的工作方式，也形成了某種策略性夥伴關係，
應能為本職系續命一段時間。但這種夥伴關係，乃建基於一
個大前提：其他人員明白自己語文水平不及中文主任，因而
前來求助。但觀乎政府和市民在回歸後的種種表現，如投機
失敗要政府賠償、對狐仙有罪不控、醜聞主角懲戒男以高票
當選立法會議員，以至日來抓學生祭旗迎國慶等，足見羞恥
之心已瀕臨破產──既然國王穿上“新衣”也不覺羞愧，要
裁縫來幹嘛？

The
proposal of PTH's inclusion into the appraisal report and the
developments
that followed were a lesson to be remembered by all.
As
appositely summarized by 蘇肖娟 of 華員會 in a recent press
release,
the bane of civil service reform is that the 180,000 strong civil
servants
are treated as a target, not as a partner in the reform process.
The same
mistake was committed in the PTH's fiasco. The
decision-makers
should only know too well that the proposal was
made against
the background of absence of an entry requirement,
inadequacy
of relevant training and lack of consensus on the means of
appraisal.
The whole matter speaks of a premature and inartistic
reform
conducted by a group of perhaps well meaning but not so
realistic
managers.
As a
lowly CLO II, I was amongst those who were not privy as to
how, why
and by who the decisions were made. While we admired
COL's
courage in withdrawing a reform that was rejected by the
majority,
some people should be held culpable for the rash manner the
reform
was conducted. CLO was a grade famous for its reticence, but
when
such a portentous decision is involved, some people have to be
honest
with themselves and speak out for the benefits of the grade.
However,
I do not think it was a fair comment to say that it was us
CLOs who
had asked for the broadening of our scope of duty and that
when it
was granted, we turned our back on it. In the first place, the
interpretation
of PTH was not a duty the majority had asked for.
Thus, we
had not gone back on our words. We had asked, for
example,
to take minutes in the place of EOs. What happened here
was that
what was asked was not granted, but what was not asked was
imposed.
Such was clear even to a bystander and no playing of words
can help.
In the
slightly more than six years of service with this grade, I saw
that
little had been achieved in the fight for the grade members' rights.
But this
time a major victory was sealed. Credit must go to the
GCLOA,
and in particular the chairman and the EC members who had
fought a
courageous battle. If there is anything that has to be learnt, it
is the
indispensability of the support of the masses. Without the mass
display
of opposition as revealed in the questionnaire exercise, the
management
would have turned a deaf ear to the outcry and still gone
ahead
with the reform.
The
fight4rights website had helped shape the opinion that finally led
to the
proposal's withdrawal. The website has been applauded from the
outset
as the Hyde Park of CLOs. The most vocal of outcry against the
proposal
was not heard elsewhere but here on the website. It has
helped
safeguard the grade's interest and its continued existence must
be
secured at all cost. To tap the pulse of the masses, COL and some
senior
members of our grade might be reading messages posted here at
the same
time as we are reading them. If we would like to express our
opinion,
we can make use of this channel. Of course, we must ensure
that we
do not revile or vilify.
As
someone who makes his living on his proficiency of languages and
given
that learning PTH is a trend, we should not interpret this victory
as
life-long exemption of acquiring the dialect. If other civil servants
gradually
master it better than we do, we CLOs should be ashamed if
we do
not do likewise. The most pressing issue now is how to ensure
that our
grade members receive proper PTH training and in what
circumstances
are these trainings conducted. The management will put
forward
the same proposal in the future. It is just a matter of time.
The crux
of the question is what do we do in between and perhaps
more
importantly, what the training section will do to bridge the
competency
gap that exists. What had been rightful justifications to
oppose the
proposal this time would be pretexts in the future if we
slumber
the hours away.
In every
reform, there is an originator and a target, or more
constructively,
an initiator or a partner. Although we refer to the
reform
as "premature", we should not be too harsh with the originator
and lose
the vision of its desirability in the future. People who propose
it may
do so out of good intent and we should bear in mind that
acquiring
PTH is a tide that no one can turn. In the battle for survival,
we
should make every constructive proposal available to the Grade
Management,
who should by no means be treated as an enemy. I
would
like to conclude my comments with the words from Abraham
Lincoln
when he was referring to the American Civil War, "A house
divided
against itself cannot stand." Let the grade of CLO strive
towards
that goal and leave our differences behind.

既然Mr. Somebody君如此認真，看來本人也該收斂一下，少寫
點反話。
話說"騎呢"一族人強馬壯，滲透政府各階層，上有老X董、路
公公之流，下有"吞pok"工人、房事經理，各懷獨門絕技，平
日喬裝精銳部隊，一有機會(如有傳媒在場)，便會極盡丟架之
能事。既然"騎呢"一族黨羽眾多，混入到CLO族群中也並非難
事。
自我價值觀有多重要？非常重要──連簡單一個"醜"字都不
會寫，算什麼語文專家？(註)所謂以做i/c來提升自我形象，實
在是戲言而已。撇開留在OLA是否也能提升自我形象的問
題，事實上即使如BBB般一之上，萬人之下，完成艱鉅任務
後聽見subject officers等"顧客"的感激說話時也會高興好一陣
子，自我形象也會大大提高，根本不用押上整個職系的形象

這個網站有個好處，誘發同事盡情將一些藏在心底的不快和
不平事公諸於世，
好讓眾兄弟姊妹一同分擔當事人 ( 或受害人 ) 的可憐遭遇，也
不失為抒減壓力
( 工作上、人事上 ) 的一個方法，比寫在日記上更有意思 ( 日
記只可孤芳自賞，
寫寫下無回饋愈益顧影自憐，更添傷感 )。
由早期的 CLO Dog 君起，縱觀網史，得知本職系的一眾「老
闆」的領導手法
真是五花八門。現將鬱結在心多年的經歷也公開一下，反正
只要是事實，
又不是點名批評，相信不會招來非議。
當年初入職，有一名同級的同事離職，我便兼署理同一職級
的工作，但
「大老闆」 話我只可獲得一半的津貼，因為佢將工作分開兩
大類，
甲類的給 「二老闆」
做，乙類的歸我。可是甲類的工作，一
個月
只有三、四頁，而乙類的�是每天排山倒海而來。
及至有一天早上， 「大老闆」
致電到 A 分署給我，劈頭第一
句不是早晨，
而是神情凝重地質問我為何不譯�洁A使我茫然不知所措！？
原來有個
subject
officer �了一頁 (事後得知只有半頁紙，係少於一百字
的 '行 '貨)
文件給佢，佢便以為我想卸膊，大興問罪之師。
第二次是部門中 B 分署其中一名 CLO II 放大假，由該組的
CLO I 兼署理
較低職級 (當然是有津貼的) 。但 「大老闆」
又扮好人，吩咐
A分署的一名同事，
每星期有三天要到 B 分署協助該 CLO I (並非是怕該名 CLOI
做死，可能係
「大老闆」 應承了該分署的某些 � fit 人，順便巴結巴結一
下) ，但又無向
OLA 報告 (竟敢公然漠視 『各局／部門的主管如欲調派中文
主任往其他組別，
請事先諮詢法定語文事務署總中文主任 (職系管理) 』的煌煌
聖喻 ) 。
但據該名需要「兩頭騰」的同事回來所言， B 分署當時的工
作量其實不多，
有一個 CLO I 坐鎮已無問題。卒之有一天因 A 分署自身的工
作量繁重，
該同事不再前去 B 分署替假 (事前已知會B分署的 CLO I，佢
亦說毋須來了，
因為佢一人便夠。)
可是 「二老闆」
竟撥電來質問，為何 「兩頭騰」
今天不去
B 分署，
是否「錫住我」？跟住又「鵝」了「兩頭騰」一番 ( 從該同
事面色的變化，
已知該番「鵝語」的內容，其詮釋程度之難，並非單憑信達
雅可解決。)
( 後記：及至現在年長，馬齒徒增，心想可能用 '莫須有 '三字
或可如願。)
好似上述這些不平事，若如實向當局說明，是否表示您小題
大做，或想
另調部門？到頭來反令自己成為有調配困難的問題員工，反
為不美。
所以，如果您現在遇到的是持平通達的上司，真的要恭喜
您！

I refer

While we
choose to liberate our skeletons from our closets, I implore
our
colleagues not to name names, as some colleagues have pleaded
earlier
on. The damage such acts might cause is disproportionately
large
compared to the sins alleged.
Having
said that, I would tend to agree with some of KY’s
observations.
If “self-value” can be enhanced at some outposts, as
BBB has
claimed, why can it not be attained at OLA? If some
colleagues
are always kept out of OLA’s threshold while some keep
staying
there, it validates the existence of a policy that is indeed
there-though
not in black and white. BBB may well argue that the
policy
is in place because OLA has to exercise stricter quality control
because
it has some bureaux and big names to serve. But the kind of
idiosyncratic
colleagues that KY mentioned can still be retained in
OLA for
despite their oddities, these people do at least possess the
ability
to translate- or else no one can justify the fact that they are still
on the
payroll.
Perhaps
the main reason for OLA’s being kept as a sacred land (I
hope our
colleagues in OLA would not be offended by this
exaggeration)
lies in the reality that nearly all section heads in it are
CCLOs,
who possess no less bargaining power than the one at the
helm
does.
BBB was
knowledgeable enough to quote the example of the Prisons
Dept.’s
changing its name to the Correctional Services Dept. (CSD)
to make
his case. But ‘the proof of the pudding is in the eating.’
As an
ex-prison officer and a CLO serving in CSD, I would like to
point
out that the incorrigibility of the majority of the recidivists is
not
going to be changed by a mere stroke of nomenclature.

人出任IC，目的並非要他們出醜，更不是想「家醜外揚」─
─狗瘦主人羞啊！
有人曾指出︰「The core elements of a truly moral

self-value, and the recognition of the value of others and life
itself.

in a way which is constructive and adds value to their
lives.
Conversely, when one has a low self-value then they will

self-destructive behavior」。由此可見，自我價值對
一個人的行為，有相當正面的作用。相信GM讓「騎呢」人獨
當一面，是要提升他們的自我價值，從而把他們納入正軌；
你也不要歧視這些「騎呢」啊。
當年政府把監獄署易名為懲教署，也是希望囚犯們知道監獄
是個學習社會制約的地方，獲釋後能再次融入社會。希望自

今晨閱罷KY 君留言, 對於OLA不懂"家醜不出外揚"一 事, 本人
十分同意. 據說 某大部門的
CCLO一 向自稱才子, 有"powerful pen" 和管理下屬十分了得,
但該君在最近一次部門聚壑W, 當司儀問正在發言的署長是否
需要中文主任上台作傳譯時, 該CCLO竟立刻"縮低頭", 躲
在隨行CLO下屬背後, 並吩咐該下屬遮 擋他, 深怕會被司儀看
見他叫他上台. 當時同�的
EO和departmental officers 全都目睹這件瘀事, 私下偷笑. 有此醜
行,難怪人家看不起CLO!

本人十分同意IC君所言，一些不擅交際的同事，實在不應被
派往需要
跟外界接觸的職位，可能讓他/她坐在一旁，靜靜地做翻譯，
會有很好的效
果、成績，但要他/她做聯絡、推廣，則會吃力不討好。其實
GM在這
方面要負很大責任，大家都知道，OLA一向奉行的政策是"不
正的不要
"，即使那�senior、chief眾多，一份工作可能經過重重審核，
也要"
正"的CLOI在下。十幾廿年在OLA團團轉，由第一組調往第二
組，第
三組調往第四組，繼而是什麼支援組、訓練組的，大有人
在。在OLA
工作的都被認為是做得、快手或水準高的，起碼不會是曾遭
投訴或有po
sting
problem的同事。至於外面向OLA投訴 "有問題"的同事，
他們總是
千方百計的拖延、推搪、搞一大輪直至有一些不大知情的老
細接收了為
止，但絕對肯定不會是OLA。結果該些有posting problem的同
事多被
調到外間做主管，或被派往一些一人職位。大家不要忘記，
這些主管
或一人職位都是要跟部門內其他職系的同事接觸的，而且是
代表著所
有中文主任，人家看見這位同事的工作表現、行為舉止，便
會概括出
對中文主任的整體印象。俗語云"家醜不出外揚"、 "獻醜不如
藏拙"，我
們的GM卻總愛派人出外獻醜，結果便弄出身為IC，踏正五點
在開會途
中、眾目睽睽之下放工走人；還有在辦公室晒絲襪、在洗手
間吃飯、午
飯後三時多才回到辦公室兼燙了個新髮型等等失禮的場面。

accept my apology first. I realized that the mail might be a trick by
some
dirty prankster
when it was received. However, a recent conversation
with one
of my
acquaintances revealing a 3-month baby suffering from cancer
has
turned
me into
someone easily fooled. Thus, AS REQUESTED, I forwarded
the mail
to
others (after deleting the e-mail addresses of others for privacy
reasons,
and
two
attachments for fear of viruses that might have survived after my
scanning),
and
posted it to call for CLOs' assistance. I contended, and it turned
out to
be
true as
reported by the Sun, that the person to suffer would be the
holder
of the
mobile
phone since I believed white knights would first approach the
poor
dad.
I am
terribly sorry for the adverse effect on Red Cross and patients
who may be in
need of
O-ve blood. I will scrutinze and check everything to find out
whether
someone
is crying wolf when a similar case arises in the future, if time
allows.
Yet,
when the case appears to be a life-and-death matter, I may be
tricked
again
and I
'll leave the decision to every one of you.

救人苦難的熱心腸，被一玩再玩，最怕「狼來了」，播下猜
疑的種子。
聯網出現黑心整蠱王，蓄意布下「愛心陷阱」，宣稱一名患
癌七個月大男嬰，
亟需罕有的負O型血液救命，熱心者近日蜂擁前往紅十字會捐
血。
本報記者卻發現所謂「癌嬰」全屬虛構。捐出的罕有血液六
周後便會糟蹋，
血庫將出現一段「真空」危機。
這封大整蠱的求救信兩日前流傳網上，除有「癌嬰」消息
外，並留下聯絡電話，
訛稱是「癌嬰」生父。記者與之聯絡，原來是一位毫不知情
的女士伍小姐。
她抱怨電話接到「手軟」，解釋到「口水乾」，更為熱心人
心血白流而心痛。
此求救電郵的標題是「求救！七個月大嬰兒需要負O型血」，
內容提及的七個月大男嬰

Deng Han，留醫在一間名為KK Hospital的醫院七十六病
房六號床，
目前已失去一個腎臟，另一個正在衰竭。電郵又稱曾與癌嬰
父親Vincent Wong談過，
表示需要負O型血人士捐血，並留下手提電話號碼。
癌嬰「生父」接過百慰問電話
電郵署名為一對名為Raymond及Wendy的男女，要求收到電郵
的人盡快將消息不斷轉寄開去，
幫助受苦的嬰兒。無辜被當作「癌嬰」生父的伍小姐，由前
日上午開始接到過百電話。
她透露，連香港紅十字會的人員亦致電給她，表示這兩日來
突然有大批收到電郵趕往捐血的人，
經已影響該會運作。據了解，由於血液存放六星期便要作
廢，而捐血人士最快要等三個月才可再捐血，
恐怕血庫中此種罕有血液會出現「真空」危機。
伍小姐自稱與人無仇無怨，不明白何以成為被整蠱對象，擔
心噩夢不知何時終結，
初時她也曾以為求救信真有其事，可能發信者不小心寫錯電
話號碼，因為未曾捐過血，
只憶及紀錄中自己是正B型，而非負O型，曾致電醫管局查
詢，卻發現沒有此宗個案，
那間醫院亦不存在。
利用互聯網發布求救訊息，本來是一項甚為有效及快速的方
法，過去也曾有過真實患病個案，
在網上呼籲有心人伸出援手，未想到今次被人當做惡作劇的
工具。伍小姐憂慮出現「狼來了」
的故事，日後有網友真正求援，有心人會嗤之以鼻。
而醫院管理局發言人則證實，本港多間公立醫院，並無該封
「求救」電郵所提及的病例。
由於電郵已遭多次轉寄，相信要查出「搞鬼」的源頭極為渺
茫。

關於籌委會的事，Jimmy兄已經講得很明白了，不贅。
此事本應及早向大家公布，無奈小弟在七月九日大遊行
後一直埋首處理家事，致令部分同事感到困惑，僅此向
給弄糊塗的兄弟姊妹致歉。
就站長質疑行政主任也沒有在評核報告中加入普通話一
事，協會的田主席昨天惠賜了若干資料，現予以澄清
──原來一、二級行政主任的評核報告確實沒有普通話
水平這一項，但高級或以上職級的行政主任，均須考核
普通話。
雖然政務／行政主任需要考核的項目，中文主任無須亦
步亦趨。但有意反對管方建議的朋友宜想個比較有力的
理由，以資反駁。
不知道管方會不會提出中首、中總、中高才須考核普通
話的修訂建議來製造分化，以便早日實施建議？行政主
任接受普通話考核時，管方又有何實質激勵？這些問題
都非常值得我們探討。

我們確實為參加而參加，這並無不妥，因為絕大部分同事只
為遊行和簽名而來，不理是協會領導或籌委會領導，我亦一
樣。為了法律原因，我們使用籌委會的名稱。遊行後，我們
曾考慮另組工會，繼續向外爭取權益（如跟隨其他公務員工
會致函國際勞工組織），但不少同事（包括閣下）向我們表
示不欲另組工會，我們便不再以籌委會名義參加其他公務員
工會活動。我們沒有在網上呼籲，相信你亦知道是什麼原因-
結果總是火燒旗桿-長嘆﹗

有關Wallace的指謫，我覺得你有必要向一眾曾參與簽名運動
及遊行的人澄清一下。你可知 Wallace 的言論也 "引起恐慌"，
同事友好紛紛慰問我這個 "受害者"，他們都擔心我 "被人利用
" 了。
其實，你給我的印象是個熱血青年，憑一腔熱誠，想做就
做，可惜為人有點 "顧前不顧後"。就以組織籌委會為例，你
說你想讓中文主任參加那個聯盟主辦的活動，既然協會不肯
參加，唯有以另一個名目參加，可是如果以 "會" 的名義幹，
恐怕有人非議，所以才以新工會 "籌委會" 的名義參加，我覺
得有點為參加而參加之嫌。你又說你想籌組新工會，希望為
職系盡點力，就算沒有人認同都冇所謂，他們遲早會明白，
這點我和我的同事絕不認同。
唉！你太理想主義了，另起爐灶必先有人支持，有訴求才好
辦事，而且口講無憑，一定要將民意量化(例如進行問卷調查
或在網上徵詢意見等)，否則你想代表誰呢？如果你成立工會
只是一時衝動，甚至已經沒有繼續進行的打算，便應盡快向
大家說明，如有犯錯就道個歉，你又不是甚麼 "偉大主席"，
道歉有甚麼大不了？不應含糊混過。(和黃千辛萬苦才投得德
國的3G牌，咪一樣以成本太貴為理由，宣布退出！)
我和同事都不贊成搞新工會，不過如果來年你再參選的話，
我們一定支持。以前選舉鮮有人參與，隨便是誰肯做都好，
有人出任已是上上大吉(我一直沒有參加協會，對其選舉運作
不甚了解，只好聽人講， "人云亦云"了)。不過既然可能有競
爭，協會便應該訂明提名規定、截止提名日期、投票時間等
事項，並且提早公布，既顯得公平公開，亦免有所爭議。而
且，協會不是很喜歡一人一信嗎？我覺得選舉事關重大，不
妨以此方式提醒會員投票，但請不要淪為為自己拉票。
Wallace 是保皇黨嗎？
我另有一事澄清，我認為Wallace絕對不是 "保皇黨"，我不是
空口說白話而是有理由的：
1.所謂"保皇黨"，必在 "皇" 之左右，非位朝廷大臣，高
權重者，不能成為"保皇黨"。不是我小看Wallace，但憑
他那幾年年資，和我一樣只是蟻民一個，那有資格、能
力"保皇"呢！我說他 "不夠班" 便是這個意思。
2.Wallace被我一說便面紅脖子粗，親自撰文反駁，雖然他
說的話我不贊成，但看得出是個直腸子的人。"保皇黨"
就不同了，遇有被指謫時，功力深厚者會"氣定神閒"，
一於唔提就等於冇件事，不承認也不否認；功力淺者也
不會自己出聲，自有打手代勞，文攻武嚇，不在話下。
這點Wallace認真唔似。
3.最最最重要的一點是，我和Wallace也只是在網上發發謬
論、噴噴口水而矣，Sorry，Wallace的是偉論，我的才
是謬論(好險，差點又要捱罵了)，就算意見不同，舌劍
唇槍，也是斯文較量，純粹書生論政。如果這樣Wallace
就成了保皇黨，那麼我連日來的言論大逆不道、犯上作
亂，我豈非成了不折不扣的革•命•黨？！呀~~~！我
不要，做"保皇黨"還可以升官發財，做革命黨是要殺頭
、槍斃的，我還想 "搵個好老公、搵個好老闆"，多過幾
年安樂日子，中六合彩，環遊世界……..。
所以各位GM大員、主席、幹事、網友，千萬不要 "屈"我們
啊，Wallace 不是"保皇黨"，我也不是革命黨！
